China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau (CPP), established in 1973 with the approval of the State Council and affiliated to China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), is a multinational pipeline engineering construction professional company with special qualification for general contracting of chemical and petroleum engineering, which is engaged in the survey, design, consultation, procurement, construction and management of long-distance pipeline and its auxiliary facilities, large and medium-sized storage tanks, power, communication and other projects.

As a product supplier, Haihao Group is also responsible for the supply of pipeline supporting products in many projects, including flanges, steel pipes, elbows, tees, valves, non-standard products and prefabricated products.
