Production process of ship pipe
Elbow: bend the pure elbow or mixed elbow according to the pipe part drawing, and the straight pipe or shaped elbow shall be assembled directly into the pipe calibration process.
Pipe calibration: assembly of connectors, branch pipes, double plates, instrument joints, stoppers, pipe accessories, etc. on pipes.
Welding: welding of pipes.
Trimming: remove burrs, welding slag, sagging, etc. left on the pipe surface during pipe fabrication and welding, and repair unqualified welds mechanically.
Hydrostatic test: Hydrostatic strength test shall be carried out for the pipes after assembly and welding, and acceptance and submission shall be carried out as required.
Surface treatment: the pipe surface shall be galvanized, pickled, phosphatized, plastic coated, rubber lined or derusted and painted according to the drawing requirements.
Sorting and warehousing: sort out according to the pallet management table, and hand over to the distribution center after the number of tubes on each pallet is complete.
Phased installation: according to the principle of intermediate product oriented and integrated construction of hull, outfitting and painting, the installation of pipes and outfitting is interspersed in the construction of ship structures, which can be divided into unit assembly, subsection (forward and reverse) pre assembly, basin outfitting, general assembly (forward and reverse) outfitting, and shipway (dock) outfitting.
