Not long ago, Chilean customers customized 50 prefabricated products in Haihao. Now another batch of products have been produced and shipped to the warehouse of Haihao. At present, the preliminary quality inspection of the products has been completed, and the coating part has not been constructed. Recently, this batch of prefabricated products will be transported to the coating team for coating, and will be directly sent to the project in Chile after the re inspection.

The prefabrication needs more complicated steps. The factory needs to produce the parts required by the prefabricated parts first, and then the special technical team will weld these parts together. As the prefabricated products welded need to be directly delivered to the construction site for application, the technical requirements for welding are very high. After these steps are completed, surface treatment is also required according to customer needs, which is a challenge to the comprehensive capacity of the factory.
