Hardness testing for German order

BV witness Haihao Group process EN10204 type 3.2 certificate testing for TOP 500 companies.

The main products are pipe fittings and flanges.Hardness is one important testing of mechanical property.

The main testing methods of hardness are brinell hardness(HB),rockwell hardness(HR) and vickers hardness(HV).

We choose brinell hardness to test our material.First we need to clean the surface of material.

The result for our products is about 130HB.

According to standard,the normal hardness is around 100HB to 150HB.The hardness couldn’t too small or too big.130HB is in the middle,it’s a very good material.
